Keller Street Cowork
Keller Street Cowork
San Diego based real estate developer ANI reached out to the Design Guild to build brands for two restaurants they were opening in Petaluma. While we were working to launch those businesses, ANI asked the Design Guild to consult on strategic planning for a new coworking space.
Because we were able to work with ANI early in the process, we could infuse the brand into every decision during construction and furnishing. We partnered with interior design firm Urban Chalet to transform an old warehouse into a home base for creative minds. Together, we selected the furniture, artwork and tools that creatives need — such as photography, video and podcasting studios.
Whether curled up in a corner with a notepad or bouncing ideas off colleagues at a communal table, Keller Street CoWork is the ideal environment for creation, collaboration and innovation.

Branding
The Keller Street CoWork brand is all about the intersection of work and play. And creativity is the catalyst.
Technology has made us citizens of the world. We can work from anywhere. But we need a home base. If we could build the workplace of our dreams, it would be a place that sits somewhere between your corporate office and your living room. We would fill it with good vibes, motivated people and everything you need to be your creative best.

Signage & Environmental Design
The aesthetic for Keller Street CoWork is simple, clean, creative, and modern. It was designed to spark inspiration and innovation. Our goal was to infuse the brand into every part of the space, every part of the experience. The art on the walls, the furniture, the choice of amenities were all selected to instill a sense of independence and creativity.

Website
State of the art technology is seamlessly woven into all aspects of being a member at Keller Street CoWork. An app on your phone is your front door key, your use of copiers and printers is tracked via wifi, stuff like that. Consequently, the website is a critical tool for onboarding and educating members on using that smart technology. Much like a company intranet, the Keller Street Cowork website is a hub for all members to access tools, training, and opportunities for collaboration with other freelancers.
