St. Florian’s Windsor-based brewery was started by a husband wife team, and former fire Captain in Windsor. The collecting feature in their design work is St. Florian himself, patron saint of firefighters everywhere. Not surprising in today’s climate of craft beer popularity, the company has seen steep growth, and that prompted the owners to upgrade the look and feel of their product. Enter the Design Guild — with a new logo, mascot design, bottle labels and packaging design – to overhaul the visual presentation of their product to the market. It’s a crowded market too — if you haven’t perused the refrigerator case of 16 oz beer bottles at your local market lately, it’s a visually busy presentation and a challenge to be heard (seen.) The Design Guild is helping St. Florian’s to stand out in the crowd.
